Vibro Sifter are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range applications. Vibro Sifter consists of specially designed motor mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the screen. The screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl. The material is fed on the centre of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The own size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially designed vibratory motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom weights.

 

 

Working Principle of Vibro Sifter

Vibro Sifter works on the gyro principle. The word gyro here refers to Gyroscopic motion which is a tendency of a rotating object in order to maintain the orientation of its rotation. In machines, gyrtory motion is obtained from specially designed gyro motor, which is fitted underneath the vibrating assembly. A specially designed rugged spring completely isolates this assembly from the base with the help of Gyro-motor. The motor is fitted with eccentric weights present at its as well as base to create centrifugal force. This whole assembly is covered by an SS plate.
