• The Conical shape at both ends enables easy discharge and uniform mixing.
• All contact parts are made from Stainless Steel 304 & 316.
• Two number of safety roads are provided at back side.
• Butterfly valve provided at one end of the cone helps in material discharge & openable cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning.
• All moving parts are covered with Stainless Steel covers.
• The shaft of 04 nos. of fixed buffers.
• Cone is mirror polished from inside & matt polished from outside.
• Safety guards provided with limit switches.
• The panel is provided with D.O.L. tarter, digital timer, amp meter and three phase indication.
• Worm reduction gear is provide for the speed reduction.
• Food Grade rubber gasket is given on the both end of the cone
